Most recently, Chief Commercial Officer at Scope23, a Green-Tech Berkshire Hathaway and Schneider National backed startup; previously Senior Director Enterprise & IT Service Delivery at Pilot Company where I deployed a shared services model for technology support involving 30,000+ Team Members and 600+ truck stop travel centers. Prior, as the Head of Retail Fuel Sales for the world’s largest fuel market, I grew the portfolio to $463M net operatiing income and reduced OPEX by 34%. As a leader, I build teams with accountability that learn from the results of their efforts – I’m continuously evaluating metrics to replicate successful methods and grow our footprint. I've run markets with as many as 1K retail locations; commercialized new products; and directed integration of businesses to efficiently align the company's value chain and gross profit; each requiring well-thought-out infrastructures and integrated solutions spanning people, processes, and technology. Moving beyond P&L, I care deeply about culture and have been a strong, long-term advocate for both environmental sustainability and DEI. This includes launching and serving as the Executive Sponsor for Pilot Company's PRIDE employee network and lead of the inaugural enterprise-wide IDEA Council for inclusion, diversity, equity, and access; and as the Director for Chevron’s Bay Area MARC program (Men Advocating Real Change), where we enlisted more than 180 first-year participants.
