This role demands meticulous planning, resource management, and the ability to navigate complex supply networks to guarantee timely and reliable support.Surgical facility manager: I served as the Infrastructure and Personnel Manager of a deployable surgical facility. The facility consisted of a diverse team of surgeons, doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals. My responsibilities included organising and managing personnel, facilities, and resources to ensure the highest standards of medical excellence. I excelled in communicating effectively under extreme pressure in austere environments, fostering a culture of teamwork in order to deliver advanced medical care.Team Leader/Squadron Medic: serving as both a senior non commissioned officer (SNCO) a Junior Non Commissioned Officer (JNCO) I providing critical medical support to Tier One UK forces. This experience demanded the highest level of proficiency in medical care, as well as the ability to operate effectively in austere and high-risk environments.
