Forest Highlands has its own self sustaining Public Works operation drawing upon multiple owned Wells that provides water and waste water services to residents, golf courses, and common areas. My role was to be a good financial steward of the assets comprising Forest Highlands, maintain adequate Reserve and Capital Fund balances, prepare and manage the Operating budget, report to the Finance Committee/Board of Directors, and provide a proper environment for our employees to perform high level member service.
