    During my time as the Fitness Director my positions top priority was ensuring our department hit our monthly sales goals. I achieved this through performing consultations with new and current members and showing them the benefits of working with a personal trainer and educating them on how they would be unable to reach their fitness goals without the proper programming.I was also responsible for a staff of about 10 trainers. With them we set monthly sales goals based on their current client load and how many of them were set to have to resign. The trainers were held to a standard of retaining 80% of their client base each and every month. They were also expected to replace those clients that left them with new business and we set their goals accordingly. From there I also had typical managerial duties which included; running payroll for personal trainers, assisting members with complaints, and working with other department heads to ensure we were all working together towards a common goal.
