• Managing business planning. Responsible for leading the PSI team to produce a 48-month rolling sales forecast and purchasing schedule for Multi-Functional Printer (MFP) and Barcode business units across each product category (units, options, consumables, software solutions) on a monthly basis. Deploying sales forecasts as an input to output purchasing and inventory schedules.• Managing supply chain. Responsible for leading the logistics team through global supply chain process life cycles to ensure goals of lean and agile environments are met. Manage internal and external tracking processes for accurate goods in-transit for timely product delivery to ensure the success of the sales team. Building daily report schedules by consolidating data from ERP and purchase schedules to create a 360 view of open orders, backorders, goods in-transit, ETA’s, and future purchases to allow sales and operations full visibility.

• Procured hardware, solutions, supplies, and barcode products. Integrated sales forecasts, promotions, historical data, and key inventory metric targets to produce monthly, budget, and mid-term plan purchasing schedules. Refined and managed purchase on demand drop ship processes with local and software solution vendors.• Consolidated sales channel forecasts. Centralized sales field forecast data forms from each channel to build a bottoms up approach. Worked closely with the VP of Sales, monitored and verified field forecasts from direct sales managers, regional sales managers, and major account executives to ensure accuracy and validity of data.• Managed retail and wholesale inventory. Consistently achieved aggressive DOI and DOH inventory metrics from Tokyo management while minimizing backorder situations. Worked closely with the Logistics group to facilitate better shipping terms to create improved lead times and added flexibility to purchase commitments. Maximized good inventory and cash flow by identifying and reducing slow moving, end of life, and obsolete stock levels.• Engineered, designed, and implemented a new PSI purchasing software. Created and programmed in Excel with multiple processing modules, centralized database linked to existing ERP and CRM systems, and updated PSI advanced formula logic to adapt to a new dynamic environment. Successfully implemented and trained Business Planning users, immediately boosting efficiencies and drastically reducing the existing purchase schedule timeline. Directly benefited the Sales department by providing vital additional time to enhance monthly forecast accuracy.

• Forecasted accessories, solutions, and options in direct, wholesale, and major account sales channels. Built and managed successful forecast attachment ratio logic and model incorporating historical run-rate data analysis. Worked closely with planning and sales channels to generate improved accuracy of purchase requirements to the procurement group. • Reported sales and service analysis for copier, barcode, and telecom business units.
