I administer the operations, monitoring, and support of all data processing, information systems, and telecommunications at Friendly's. This includes 52 servers, a SAN, MSL tape library, 6 TB of information assets, PBX with 240 digital sets, and scheduling for 1300 programs that process POS, orders, payroll, AP, AR, manufacturing, and management reporting. Infrastructure includes T1, T3, cable modem, FIOS, DSL, and POTS lines for 500 restaurants, a manufacturing plant, and two distribution centers. I lead a staff of four full-time computer operators and several part-time contractors in 24/7/365 support of all data center operations.

Varius Communications, formerly Pasquini Consulting, was a privately held company that provided general information technology consulting for small business owners and home offices.

Outside the Classroom is the industry standard online health education company. The flagship product, AlcoholEdu, is a science-based, "high risk" drinking prevention program used by 450 colleges and high schools nationwide. I was Chief Technology Officer (the first employee hired) during development of AlcoholEdu. My duties at this then-startup company included technical leadership, product development, web site traffic growth, web site UI, contract management, user statistics analysis, end-user product support, and computer and network purchasing and technical support.

WealthEffect.com is a private financial planning web site targeting the needs of high net worth individuals. Together with two founding partners, I designed and launched WealthEffect, an online investor education product. I leased three dedicated servers, hired and supervised two web developers and a database administrator, launched the product, and provided end-user technical support.

Putnam Investments is a global money management firm with $254 billion in assets, 500 institutional clients, and 11 million shareholders and retirement plan participants. I was project manager of web sites that made 401k plans available to institutional clients like Nissan and Coca-Cola. I managed a group of web developers in a fast-paced environment, taking projects through a process of requirements analysis, interface design, back-end integration, usability testing, legal and corporate compliance, quality control, and final implementation on the web site.
