This, combined with my experience in both start-up and large companies, has given me a unique perspective on what is productive rigorous process vs. unnecessary time consumption that hinders effectiveness. Throughout my career I have been recognized for the ability to develop effective strategies, implement tactics that deliver share and creating empowering environments.Career Path:I began my career “carrying the bag” as a sales rep successfully selling in Primary Care and then eventually moving into Specialty and Hospital Markets. I developed core leadership skills managing a Hospital Sales Division in NYC. I transitioned from Sales Management into a Sales Operations role managing sales analytics and operations for a multi-product sales team. This was invaluable experience on how to successfully collaborate within a large corporate structure. With the goal of making a larger impact on the business, I moved into marketing where I launched a biologic into a highly competitive space. Since that move, I have continued to progress into increasing levels of responsibility leading Marketing & Sales, Insights and Access teams. I thrive in high-stakes environments and enjoy the intensity associated with launches and coming into businesses that need to inflect a flattened curve.
