CurrentWheelock is a real estate investment firm. We focus on properties throughout North America and will invest in all parts of the capital stack. Our strategy is opportunistic and value-add, and to date we've made investments in hotels, residential land, multifamily, office, industrial, condo development, retail, and student housing. Our funding gives us the flexibility to pursue deals of all sizes, from small single assets, to large corporate or portfolio investments. We've raised five funds to-date, the latest of which closed in early 2017 with $725 million in commitments.
