• Led design and development to deploy an auto-configurable driver and online tool for setting customer-specified options.• Patent pending on this BIOS-based driver configuration model and online tool.• Used C# to develop internal tools for streamlining the driver creation process.• Developed Windows XP, Vista, and Win7 drivers for Dell, Intel, HP, and many Ultra-Mobile PCs.

• Initiated and ran development on a test image deployment application which resulted in critical time savings during transfers to engineering and test facilities worldwide. • Developed software programs to automate the creation, packaging, and large-scale installation of OS disk images onto factory-floor test machines. • Created Unix scripts to facilitate low-bandwidth communication with image servers.

• Led design and development project to create a standardized driver that is compatible for multiple customers and product lines. This streamlined product development, significantly reduced ramp-up time for new customers, and improved long-term code maintainability. • Managed relationship with Fujitsu Engineering; led the design and development of custom High Definition Audio (HDA) drivers for a new line of multiple Fujitsu laptop models. • Developed Windows XP and Vista drivers for Intel, HP, Toshiba, and Gateway. • Created and updated driver specifications and engineering documents per customer review.• Created internal driver-signing process to satisfy Windows Vista specifications.
