About Ryan Pease

I am a driven Air Force Logistician with 15 years of diverse leadership and operational experience in civil engineering and logistics leading multifunctional teams ranging from 1 to >300. As an expert in operations, I’m deeply committed to optimizing time and workflows so I can focus on adding value to my organization in other ways. To accomplish this, I focus on delivering key outcomes, building amazing teams and quickly adapting to new environments (a norm around here).I have enjoyed many nuanced positions throughout my career in civil engineering and logistics. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself:- I put the mission (sometimes that means the customer) at the center of all that I do- I excel at the execution of big ideas with given constraints- My gut instinct is good but I seek data for my decisionsI can lead and align world-class military organizations - I love to win, but helping the team win gives me greater joy- I am constantly seeking to improve my public speaking- I tell compelling narratives that motivate- The buck always stops with meI educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person- I am constantly learning because I never settle- I stay calm when faced with adversity- I balance making quick but informed decisionsI enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives. Reach out if you want to talk to me about leadership, digitization, industry 4.0, logistics, or small business development.
