Senior Director Of Programs
Current- Coordinate government contracting requirements by engaging with government POCs, directing Stratovan team development efforts, scheduling workloads to achieve milestones and deliverables, and e compliance with regulations and governing FAR clauses.- Review BAAs, SBIRs, and entities like SAM.GOV for opportunities to deliver services or products directly to Federal Government customers. Navigate the RFI/RFP processes and articulate offerings to meet requirement needs. - Educate customers on best practices and approaches to solving problems using cost-effective solutions that meet needs that are communicated as requirements as well as those yet to be formally identified. Proactively assist in designing products and services that meet the needs of the customer for tomorrow and the day after.- Author reports regularly that document monthly achievements and status updates as well as major milestones and deliverables. Ensure the scope of the effort is communicated successfully while highlighting challenges and highlighting the value Stratovan brings to any project they work with.- Coordinate with the Stratovan project team to translate requirements from the customer into actionable tasks. Track progress and communicate obstacles or needs throughout the team. Drive completion of work to adhere to budget and schedule. - Advise company President, CEO, CTO, and CFO on ongoing operations to best inform their decision-making strategy. Develop a transparent communication style to bring challenges and opportunities to the appropriate level of attention to ensure positive outcomes early and often. - Liaison with multiple agency and company personnel, both domestic and internationally, to provide continuous and thorough communications with the intent to build relationships and establish opportunities. New software and partnership opportunities move quickly with pre-established trust and "buy-in", don't wait to cultivate important relationships.
