With over a decade of experience in healthcare, I’m passionate about creating efficient, patient-centered solutions that drive meaningful change. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University and discovered my passion for healthcare management early in my career, where I advocated for patients and streamlined operations in various healthcare settings.In 2021, I earned my Master of Business Administration with a dual concentration in Healthcare Management and Managerial Analytics, followed by a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Mercy College in 2022. These advanced degrees, combined with my hands-on experience, have strengthened my commitment to data-driven decision-making and innovative problem-solving.Currently, I’m an Associate Product Manager on the Digital Team at Montefiore, where I work on the Automation Initiative for the health system. This role has allowed me to apply my skills in Agile and Scrum methodologies, supported by my certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.My career has spanned roles from Physical Therapy Patient Coordinator to Senior Patient Coordinator in Radiology at Weill Cornell and as part of the MyChart team at Montefiore. Through each role, my focus has remained the same: to enhance patient experience and improve healthcare outcomes through efficient, data-backed strategies.
