About Ryan Peni

Enthusiastic and Energetic Executive Leader with experience in Facilities, Contract and Business Management.Following an exciting career as a professional musician and a stint with the NZ Army. I've spent my career in the Commercial Facilities and Contract Management fields across both the Private and Public sector. In 2015, I founded Niche FM Consulting, an advisory group who act on behalf of clients to get the best outcome possible for their particular property requirements by way of advisory, management or secondment solutions.Entrepreneurial by nature, I'm always exploring the next fun project and particularly enjoy working with like minded entrepreneurs and organisations.
