Of those projects the two major were the DocGo COVID Vaccination initiative and the DHS Shelter's Program (Asylum Seekers' Initiative). These projects required active engagement, a tactile approach and innovative solutions to solve a relatively novel concept in the staffing industry, Per Diem or "Per Day" staffing arrangements, which involved daily and weekly scheduling, conflict resolution, payroll solutions and various other challenges that required immediate resolution;• Managed 130+ contractors, billing ~$150k per week as the top recruiter for the DHS Asylum Seekers project.• Transitioned from traditional sourcing to solely managing application intakes using Microsoft Forms, then creating PowerAutomate flows to create a seamless and engaging experience for the candidates.• Utilized Excel and PowerAutomate along with other Microsoft tools for tasks such as billing, timesheet validation, trend prediction, and geotracking.• I discovered a way to check daily for missing time clocking which had caused numerous pay issues previously and then automated a way to inform those contractors that had discrepancies.• Geolocated contractors’ addresses and Hotel Locations to create a visible map allowing for a more interactive and visible scheduling experience.• Wrote a script in Typescript using Microsoft Office decorators and a flow in PowerAutomate to automate the weekly scheduling messages to contractors on the DHS Asylum Seeker’s project.• Ranked as the 2nd top biller in the company from April-August 2023.
