Deployed Siemens Home Entertainment to over 5 million customers with carriers partners in Europe, North America & Asia.- Defined, prototyped, and developed a multi-screen interactive advertising product for the MSOs. Helped early-stage companies raise seed & venture capital and advised on M&A. Introduced an OTT video product to the North American market & led several innovation projects for Fortune 100 companies while at Evio Group.- Expanded the addressable market for home security & automation services at ADT through the development of ADT Canopy. Significantly expanded penetration of ADT Pulse & launched the first combination home security & home automation gateway, considerably reducing installation costs and improving service delivery.- Ryan was appointed to the Board of the Florida Department of Education in January 2020 by Governor Ron DeSantis and to the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Public Safety Commission by Governor Rick Scott.
