With more than 10 years of experience in this field, I have a passion for bringing game-changing products and services to market that empower customers to succeed.I also manage a team of field trainers and lead CRISP, a proprietary phone skills certification program and the company’s first fee-based professional consulting service for customers. Through this program, I help customers improve their phone and selling skills, build confidence and energy across their teams, and achieve sustainable success and profitable growth. I have also developed playbooks, prospecting strategies, CRM workflow processes, and quarterly business development programs for my own team and for other verticals within Call Box.
