Pull measurement and draw ISOs determine all materials and equipment needed establish game plan then communicate between land base coordinators, project managers, engineers, dock personnel, and platform operators, M/V Captains. Create job specific JSEAs, work permits, risk assessments with hazard ID, working at height with rescue plans, and all other documents needed throughout daily operations.

Worked 14/7 sch under company rep which most of his work he did from land via communicating with me offshore.

I was a vessel and pipe fitter in the shop and I was a pipe fitter offshore. All fabrication and welding on skids , vessels, and piping was ASME coded. I would lay out the vessels by figuring out coordinates using mathematical formulas to get the exact degrees that were given to follow as per prints, and cut holes and prep for nozzle and man way installations. Also was ASME coded certified welder. I also did several vessel repair jobs offshore where I had to enter inside the vessel and do corrosion repairs and fix cracks in the oil buckets and wear plates. Another time I re placed some damaged nozzles on a test separator.

I assembled , welded and tested high preassure all welded valves from 2 " to 48 " Also Built and welded and tested Sub sea tree components and blowout preventers. Certified welder in SMAW,GMAW,FCAW,TIG, and SUB-ARC, and CLAD. Also inlayed sub sea components with either Inconel , stainless, are tool steel. Used forklifts and over head cranes to handle parts and materials.
