Oversaw scopes of work for civil, structural and architectural activities for the construction of a Mission Critical - Data Center near Pryor, OK. Initially oversaw the construction of (3) four story precast exhaust shafts followed by pier and grade beam install. Managed all steel construction of the project utilizing up to 3 cranes at a given time. Continued to oversee underground utility and roadway construction around the site. Coordinated the safe install of the ”shell” of the building to include precast panel walls,waterproofing, louver panel install and roofing. Managed trades in the install of mechanical systems to include fuel and cold water flush systems. Near the end of the project led logistics team in the transition of the laydown yard into a parking lot. Aided finish out of 2nd floor HUB to meet milestones. Finish out included 2 kitchens and 30+ office and conference room spaces. Finish out included coordination with drywaller/painter, mechanical, electrical subcontractors and daily communication with the client.

Maintained red line drawings. Moapa Solar Project, Las Vegas, NV | Dec 2014-2016: Supervised site construction for a 250 megawatt (MW) solar project on 2,000 acres on the Moapa River Indian Reservation in Clark County, NV powering 100,000 homes.  Dominion Kansas Project, Lemoore, CA | Mar 2014-Dec 2014: Supervised site construction for a 20 MW solar project. Solar Gen Project, Calipatria, CA | Aug 2013-Mar 2014: Managed the site construction for the 150 MW Solar Gen 2 project in Imperial County, CA powering 60,000+ California homes. Antelope Valley Solar Ranch Project, Lancaster, CA | Feb 2012-Aug 2013: Supervised site construction for a 250 MW solar project in Los Angeles County, CA. Agua Caliente Project, Dateland, AZ | Dec 2010-Feb 2012: Managed site construction for the 290 MW solar power plant providing power for 100,000 average homes.  Tilbury 2 Project, Tilbury, Ontario, Canada | Sep 2010-Dec 2010: Supervised the site civil and structural scopes for a 5 MW solar on an 87-acre plant with 15 acres powering 800 homes. Sarnia Project, Sarnia, Ontario, Canada | Jan 2010-Sep 2010: Managed civil/structural construction and engineering for a solar project generating 80 MW to power 12,800 homes. Blythe Project, Blythe, CA | Aug 2009-Jan 2010: Served as the Civil/Structural Superintendent for the 21 MW solar project.

Managed a two-year project at St. Edwards University on the construction of the Residence & Dining Hall, the New Residence Hall Concrete 158-Pier Package, and the University Parking Garage. Successfully expedited the RFI and submittal process through daily communication and relationships with the owner, architects, engineers, and contractors. Coordinated logistics for the delivery and storage of 600,000 units of masonry from Mexico for the project. Conducted daily walks of the project site to ensure safety and materials are delivered per specifications and construction completetion per scope. Managed pre-construction and field management of elevator, door and door hardware, waterproofing, drywall/cold-formed steel, masonry, painting, and landscape contractors. Facilitated new subcontractor orientations and safety orientations for managers and workers. Assisted project superintendent and project manager with scheduling and daily requirements. Delivered bid packages, RFIs, and reviewed submittals using Primavera Expedition software. Managed the punch list on the Stone Repair Package for the LBJ Presidential Library in Austin, TX.

Supported the office and field management for the Marsha Sharp Freeway Project; managed the employee timesheets and assigned cost codes to specific costs of the project with software. Developed a working system for filing and managing transmittals, RFIs, and trucking tickets. Managed supplier/subcontractor folders and foreman diaries.
