Responsibilities: -Keeping a well managed inventory of all equipment and reordering supplies to ensure my department has everything needed to function.-Maintaining records of repairs and maintenance as well as implementing redundancies and creating data backups.-Setting up complex wireless radio frequency networks, avoiding interference, and minimizing signal loss. -Building and implementing custom cable solutions to connect multiple devices and peripherals witch all need to work together flawlessly. This includes managing and updating equipment software, ensuring compatibility and optimizing performance throughout the system.-Keeping up to date on new and emerging technologies that have potential to maximize performance as well as minimize cost and reduce risk. -Troubleshooting and resolving equipment problems as they arise and putting in place operating procedures to reduce future issues.

-Creating and enforcing daily schedules and utilizing industry databases to keep all team members informed on important schedule updates and information.-Delegating responsibilities of onsite team members as well as internal team management to ensure productivity. -Planning and coordinating logistics of both domestic and international travel for all team members and equipment. -Responsible for recording and reporting all financial transactions and adhering to a budget as well as submitting payroll for all coworkers and assisting with new hires.
