The Salesforce solution improved capacity and capability to process much larger orders that downstream systems must undergo enhancements to realize the fullest potential of the refactored system. Initial results demonstrated an ability to process 300% larger orders and remain compatible with downstream integrations.o Architectural overhaul of CPOM ordering system to overcome imposed platform governance limits, performance constraints, and order exception processing. o Designed and developed an asynchronous APEX-based state machine that allowed complex order processing and downstream SAP validation against trade letter agreements and other business rules. o Provided APEX development and collaboration with Corporate SalesForce Devops and Administration team. o Worked with business users, management teams, and executive sponsors to provide project updates, weekly progress, and technical and non-technical updates. o Worked with the Architectural Review Board to approve and estimate pricing for cloud-based (Azure) enhancements for non-SalesForce functionality.
