The Austin Sol is a professional ultimate team playing in the South Division of the Ultimate Frisbee Association (UFA). The franchise played its first game on April 2, 2016. We are enthusiastically dedicated to expanding access to and growing awareness for the sport of ultimate frisbee in the Central Texas community.In my Assistant General Manager role I am involved in a little bit of everything: business strategy, staff and player personnel, partnerships, media, marketing, event planning, youth camps, and team logistics. I also serve on the league's Inclusion Initiative (UFAii) and in that capacity I conceived, established, and obtained sponsorship funding for the league's annual Be the Change Award, highlighting players doing great things off the field in their communities.

Newly established non-profit organization that aims to develop technology, undertake research, and provide education and insights that advance supply planning and design for public health, food, and disaster relief supply chains.In this role I led a wide range of program activities: exploration, conception, scoping and funding, as well as managing partnerships and project activities.

Making business spend more sustainable and inclusive through Coupa's products, our community, and our ESG initiatives and Sustainability priorities.-Building off Coupa's ESG strategy and materiality assessment, I created the set of sustainability performance metrics that are now being used globally to track progress and report publicly.-I developed case studies and contributed subject matter expertise toward Coupa's first three ESG reports as well as submissions for an EcoVadis Silver Sustainability rating in 2021 and 2022.-Led effort to track 'sustainability impressions' and interactions across Coupa. Internal feedback helped focus ESG educational efforts for the Sales organization. Externally, this feedback guided product development, services offered, and marketing messaging.-Leadership team member for ~150 person global supply chain services organization that delivered 250+ projects and generated $50M+ annually. Planned and facilitated the first in person team gathering since the pandemic began.-Directed efforts to build and deploy OptiDx, an open-access tool for Diagnostic Network Optimization. These efforts led to recognition on the 2022 Fast Company World Changing Ideas list and coverage in the MIT Technology Review. -Developed project opportunities and guided analytics teams exploring a range of global health challenges, including: understanding trade-offs in building out the COVID vaccine supply chain, scaling novel approaches to combat Dengue Fever, transportation route design for extended cold chains, and deploying drones in public health networks.

-Global Health Director. Co-led strategy, business development, and management for an 8-10 person team. Developed internal rotational program for LLamasoft's consulting organization resulting in participation in Global Health projects for dozens of colleagues.-Defense R&D Director. Managed contracts and personnel for a team of Operations Research scientists building custom software for the US Department of Defense. Active 'Secret' level security clearance.-Developed LLamasoft's initial Sustainable Supply Chain point of view, solution set and value proposition, becoming a go-to expert internally. Hosted webinars, joined podcasts, and led conference sessions highlighting our customers’ use of LLamasoft technology for sustainability objectives.

-Managed and delivered 2-4 concurrent consulting projects with customers and personnel spread across multiple continents. Engaged with MoH and other stakeholders to provide insight and support network design decisions.-Senior trainer and workshop facilitator. Delivered sessions for groups as large as 100. Developed new supply chain sustainability course content reaching 15+ customers annually.-Created and organized a revamped annual internal conference. 200+ LLamas from eight global offices convened for collaboration, celebration, and knowledge-sharing with over 50 sessions delivered.

-Established LLamasoft's first office in the Southern Hemisphere. As head of operations, I built out a profitable line of business and established multiple consulting partnerships in the region.-Advised aid organizations and Ministries of Health in 15+ countries throughout Africa on network design and operations for their public health supply chains.-Multiple event speaker and session host: Global Health Supply Chain Summit, Health & Humanitarian Logistics Conference, SAPICS South Africa Conference.

-Joined a 7-person supply chain software startup initially as an intern, then full-time after completing Master's coursework.-Built and analyzed 'digital twin' supply chain models leveraging applied AI algorithms (optimization, simulation, machine-learning, fuzzy string matching, and more). Clients included Coca-Cola Japan, Dell Computers, Nike, JSI, USAID, and The World Bank.

Tauber Institute for Global Operations Fellow. In this project my partner and I analyzed and identified bottlenecks in the custom furniture design and production process. We recommended, achieved buy-in for, and began implementing several improvement initiatives to targeting workflow and costs.

The US EPA’s SmartWay program helps companies advance supply chain sustainability by measuring, benchmarking, and improving freight transportation efficiency. I performed analysis and delivered research to support and improve this program.
