I am passionate about my team. My primary mission is to exceed operational goals through investments in people. I thrive in stressful environments and enjoy complex problems. Empowering leaders and teams to make decisions and to have an impact has been the highlight of my career. I enjoy snow skiing and relaxing at the beach. I am married to my wonderful and talented wife, Kristin with whom I raise our three children. Excited to return to the Tampa Bay area for my encore career after completing an extremely successful career with the United States Marine Corps.
