- Responsible for facilitating User Access Review processes including, but not limited to, the review of user access to Applications, Databases, Network Accounts, Security Tools and Servers that process Restricted (PII) data.- Led a Security Compliance initiative to redesign User Access Review Security Policy to more completely and accurately guide the scope of user access reviews. This not only a policy update, but an update to the scope of assets reviewed by Security Compliance and an update to the frequency of reviews to make them more appropriate and effective.- Led effort to define criteria and requirements for implementation of Microsoft Identity Manager IAM tool into Early Warning environment. The use of MIM supports the above changes made to the User Access Review program.- Partner with Application Security Architects to create dozens of System Security Plans (Risk Assessments) for critical, proprietary applications. These Risk Assessments serve as a comprehensive source of information regarding these applications for the entire organization to utilize.- Support Early Warning PCI Compliance by retrieving and organizing evidence (policy sections, tickets, etc.) that the Company adheres to requirements and best practices listed in the PCI DSS.- Communicate and partner with stakeholders to resolve internal and external audit findings related to the User Access Review program. Resolving these findings keeps Early Warning in compliance with regulatory frameworks such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, OCC, etc.- Support team in identifying and reporting Key Risk Indicators for the organization that help minimize the risk in Early Warning's environment, such as Security Incidents or Software Development Requests with a Risk Ranking of Critical of High.- Provided Business Justifications with change control documentation for over 20,000 firewall rules that exist in the PCI scope of Early Warning's environment.
