Developed and maintained multi-million dollar product lines of Flex Technology and Self-Retaining Technology with applications in Trauma, Reconstructive, Spine, Endoscopy, Extremities, and Sports Medicine market spaces. Responsible for development, testing, and delivery of Flexible IM Reamer and Flexible Trephine instrument sets for Major Joint Reconstruction, Sports Medicine, and Extremities market spaces.

Lead development engineer for complete spinal deformity PSO/VCR instrument set development. Utilized customer inputs and market analysis to conceptualize, prototype, test and deliver a proven successful PSO/VCR spinal deformity instrument set solution. Assisted in weekly project meetings both internally and externally managing all aspects surrounding project deliverables. Complete instrument system went from concept to market in 8 months including cadaveric and mechanical testing, complete DHF creation, and product design transfer.

Adjunct Professor within the Allen School of Engineering, Design Engineering Technology program. Currently teaching Engineering Graphics and Introduction to 3D Modeling (NX) course on campus.
