I used to get in trouble as a kid for taking things apart (just to see how they worked). It's funny how that turns into a job as an adult. The truth is, I love to learn for the sake of learning, and in many ways that made me a jack of all trades. Spending several years of my life in other countries resulted in a life with a very well-rounded point of view. All these experiences have served me well in a wide range of opportunities.I’ve always been great at seeing a complex problem, simplifying it, explaining it, and then finding a solution. I also seem to work my best under pressure. My best ideas tend to come late at night. I’m a diehard college football fan. I’ve spent about four years of my life in other countries, and the perspectives it brought have been invaluable. I believe in providing people with a challenge, but letting them surprise you with the solutions; I’m also a firm believer in finding ways to motivate without being a jerk. It can be done.I love working hard and working with people. I soak information up like a sponge, and I can bring a world view, with a wide range of knowledge to any team—be it as a member or the leader.
