I have significant experience auditing both private and public companies in a variety of industries, with a focus in life sciences, pharmaceuticals and technology and VC and PE backed clients in growth or development stage of their life cycle. I have significant experience on IPO transactions primarily in life sciences. As part of my experience in auditing emerging growth and venture backed companies, I have worked with clients on navigating more complicated debt and equity structures as well as consulting on process improvements. I have vast experience in writing technical accounting memos, planning and executing projects of various sizes, managing budgets and working cohesively within teams. I have strong interpersonal and networking skills and strong experience in presenting to a variety of audiences as part of audit committee presentations, new client proposals, PCAOB inspections and inter-firm trainings. I have received a variety of training in public speaking, interviewing and conflict resolution. Throughout my career at KPMG I am very involved within my industry of expertise including starting a networking group and joining firm initiatives such as revenue recognition and best practices for venture capital sector audits. I am career driven and actively involved in professional networking groups, PACT, PA Bio and other relevant industry events in the Philadelphia area.
