I am a dynamic and dedicated therapist who focuses on helping clients find meaning and purpose in their lives. Through an existential lens, I integrate various approaches, including CBT, mindfulness, and solutions-focused therapy to help clients discover their wants and needs and the inner resources and self-compassion to pursue them. I see therapy as a playground for people to explore their relationship with themselves and others and use the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for this exploration. This work relies on a trusting and synergetic relationship where clients feel supported and appreciated. My background incorporates extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults, including in a wilderness rehabilitation setting. Beyond that, I have worked with folks navigating relationship and attachment challenges, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, PTSD, and family discord, as well as the LGBTQ+ community.
