The YESEO app is the project created from the RJI Fellowship process. It exists to help newsrooms with SEO best practices. It uses Natural Language Processing and AI prompts to give users relevant contextual information to improve their stories in real time.

• Spearheaded upgrade of the mobile apps’ backend Paper SDK• Led project to launch OTT apps to market for Apple TV, Roku, Fire and Google TV platforms• Evaluated consumer needs and user experience changes with qualitative and quantitative data• Streamlined metrics reporting dashboards by automating data to write to Google Sheets for senior leadership

• Headed redesign for iOS and Android Newsday Apps, which launched in October 2019• Chaired stakeholder team of senior leadership to tackle priority issues

• Executed app side changes for a major corporate sponsor initiative between advertising and development teams• Developed and deployed a Slack bot user written in Python to preview Breaking News email alerts• Created, developed and implemented weekly email metrics reports for all Newsday reporters and their editors• Trained new editorial staff in CMS best practices as well as new features

Contributed team and conference previews since 2014 for the Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook, the college basketball industry's most in-depth preview.

• Led an RJI Fellowship project to build the YESEO app that helps newsrooms implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO)• Researched the obstacles and key priorities with experts and created user experiences to best fit workflows

• Maintain and prioritize requests from all 30 Major League Baseball teams as well as MiLB, YES Network, SNY, MLB Productions and MLB Network requests.• Created various digital social media content for use on MLB’s social platforms.• Train, manage and supervise Production Assistants.• Prepare content and coordinate media delivery for MLB & all partner sites.• Oversee all video transcoding processes and perform quality control on all metadata.• Produced game recap voice over packages for MLB.com and partner sites.• Coordinated sponsorship content to on-demand clips on MLB.com.

• Contributed nine team previews, covering the entire America East conference for the 2013-14 ESPN Insider College Basketball Preview

• Helped develop and update test plans for new software products.• Served as coordinator for ESPN’s customer care group and software engineers to replicate and sort customer issues.• Regression tested releases of Fantasy Game products as well as redesigned ESPN.com.
