I witnessed my parents’ dedication as they worked long hours in the healthcare field so they could provide for their family. When I came to the US from the Philippines, I brought that work ethic with me. Building a career in a new country has taken resilience, adaptability, resourcefulness and most importantly, dedication.As an Implementation Specialist, I’ve built a reputation of being someone my colleagues can depend on. I’m willing to do the hard work: learn a new technology, take on a task outside of my scope of work, or go above and beyond for my customers. I love the work that I do consulting with customers and tackling the problems they bring. I enjoy puzzling out how best to provide them with solutions for SaaS or enterprise software challenges and collaborating with colleagues on implementing process improvements that exceed customer expectations.As a seasoned solutions consultant, I’m also a firm supporter of sharing knowledge and engaging more junior colleagues through mentoring, training and coaching. Just as my parents showed me how hard work is important, I hope to do that for those that come behind me.Happy to connect with other software solutions professionals.
