WHAT I DO: I help business owners, lenders and loan brokers navigate the Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 Loan Program from initial meeting to loan funding. The SBA 504 loan program is for business owners who are looking to graduate from leasing to owning their business property. I personally assisted 200+ small and mid-sized business owners acquiring financing through government programs.WHO I WORK WITH: I partner with commercial lenders and loan brokers to help business owners purchase owner-occupied commercial real estate. I work closely with the business owner to make their road to ownership as smooth as possible. WHY IT WORKS: The SBA 504 loan program allows business owners to purchase owner-occupied commercial real estate with a 25-year fixed rate and the lowest down payment possible (up to 90% financing). For lenders, the 504 can make an average project beautiful and a beautiful project absolutely gorgeous. HOW I DO IT: In the initial borrower meeting, I take responsibility for explaining the SBA 504 process to the borrower. After SBA has approved the loan, I sit down with the borrower and lender to over the Authorization for Debenture Guarantee. We hit the important parts of the Authorization and I do this so the borrower and lender are comfortable. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: Experience, expertise, availability and I like meeting borrowers!
