I’ve always looked for challenging opportunities or labs to grow and develop as a brand builder. Being astute at navigating the complexities inherent in the global brand and retail marketplace has me always questioning what is next for brands. I generally find myself asking those questions focused on the outdoor, apparel, footwear, and equipment sectors where I’ve spent my career. Recently my desire to stay on the forefront of the digital retail experience has led me to the Amazon marketplace. What has made partnering with premium brands on Amazon so energizing is how my over 17 years’ experience in managing global commercial sales, brand management, and product merchandising have proven to be invaluable. My proven success at leading global and regional teams to develop multi-channel product and merchandising strategies that grow revenue and increase profitability for both the brand and partner(s) has connected seamlessly to my current brand building experience. I love brands, I love their stories, their ethos, and how they find true success through consumer connection. About me…I’m genuine, intellectually curious, and collaborative with a knack for inspiring people and influencing outcomes. Showing the measured confidence to weigh calculated risks, and be trusted to take leadership and action when called upon. I’m also adept communicating across all levels within and outside the organization for transparency and mutual success. Though I’ve been tasked to be an extrovert over my career, my desire to fly fish on a quiet river or seek the solitude of trail running, climbing, skiing, and cycling shines a light on my more introverted personal side.
