About Ryan Keele
Hello! My name is Ryan Keele. Thank you for checking out my profile. My professional journey began in 2013 when I was an assistant department manger for Associated Foods. During these important years, I learned many valuable lessons that helped carve the path I’m on now. I learned the importance of the individual and understanding who they are. I also learned to open up and share about myself. This helped build a sense of community and trust in our department. While I was working, I attended Utah Valley University and received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. This grew my interest in helping and understanding how others operate.In 2016, I was able to get promoted to a department manager. I learned the importance of managing a team. This can be difficult with many different personalities, but working along side them, I learned how to motivate each associate to achieve success.As a department manager, ideas kept popping into my head about how to improve the organizational processes, from one on one training to regular performance reviews. With these ideas ruminating I made 2 major decisions. The first was to continue my education and get a master’s degree and my second was to switch companies.In 2016, I enrolled into Colorado State University’s Masters of Education and Human Resource Studies with an emphasis in organizational learning, performance and change. While enrolled, I began working at a start up called Premier Demonstrator Staffing as their senior recruiting specialist. I learned how a company is ran from its core. Creating recruiting processes and materials to train new employees taught me the amount of detail and focus is need for success.In 2018, I left Premier Demonstrator Staffing to work for Prime Inc. as a transportation recruiter. That is where I am currently. I love getting to know people from all across the country, building a connection and helping take the necessary steps to enter the transportation field.I was able to graduate from Colorado State in May of 2020, taking many different human resource and organizational development skills with me.I am excited to continue to grow and see what awaits me in the future.
