Produced a critical component of the integration of SNL Financial and S&P CapitalIQ into one division, Market Intelligence, by transitioning the business and technology teams into a single prioritization process and portfolio management system, as well as the adoption of Agile Scrum. This served as the basis for what would become S&P Global’s enterprise-wide framework.Led the Agile transformation of 100+ development teams as part of the integration.Headed project portfolio management and Agile transformation at Market Intelligence, overseeing the management of a $60 M technology portfolio, consisting of 30+ parallel programs.

Envisioned and delivered key components of SNL Financial’s growth over a 10 year period from approximately $40 M in annual revenue to over $275 M. This growth led to a private equity partnership and the eventual sale to S&P Global (formally McGraw Hill Financial) for $2.2 B.Led an Agile transformation used for the prioritization and delivery of projects, which broke down entrenched silos between the business and technology teams, focusing development teams on projects that will drive value.
