As of the end of 2021 I have completed over 3000 hours of teaching and coaching with players ranging from beginners who have never touched a club, to high level junior and collegiate players, to your weekend warrior who works a full time day job. I also have over 400 hours of professional development and certifications. As Head Coach at the A21 Academy Golf Team, students receive over 300 hours of coaching throughout the school year. We spend the Spring and Fall seasons outdoors at Seven Lakes Golf Club and the winter season at Swing Factory. Students work on all parts of the game from a technical perspective while also working directly with me on tournament schedules, pre and post comp planning etc. Students also get access to club fitting, on site support at tournaments and more.

Leading a volunteer committee and overseeing over 220 volunteer for the Windsor Championship which is a week long Professional Golf Tournament that is held in July at the Ambassador Golf Club. The Windsor Championship donates over $100,000 to local charities each year. Duties included:- Volunteer recruitment (with support of committee chairs)- Organizing and leading varies committee meetings- Creating, distributing, and collecting registration forms- Preparing and distributing volunteer packages- Compiling and managing the volunteer database- Assigning / training volunteers - Overseeing the volunteer area- Organizing the volunteer party

Oversee and manage the Golf operations department and work cooperatively with other departments. Continuously promoting an exceptional Golf Experience, and provide excellent services and programs to all patrons.- Recruit, Hire, Train, and supervise all staff including assistant professionals, golf shop staff, back shop staff, starters, and rangers.- Lead contact for all outside events, tournaments, and leagues- Develop and manage an innovative tournament program that services all customer segments.- Establish sales goals and forecasts for all golf programs and services, monitor and analyze reports.- Marketing and promotion for current and new players.- Enforce all rules and regulations governing the Golf Course usage as per the Director of Golf and Ownership.Ambassador Golf Club has quickly been regarded as the venue of choice for Public Golf in Windsor & Essex County, Ontario. Junior Program Management: It is an exciting time to be a part of the Junior Program at Essex Golf and Country Club. We have a growing Junior program at all lessons, from grass roots beginners to high level competitors. Using my previous experiences and working closely with the other staff we pride ourselves on putting a high level program together. I have taken the PGA of Canada Coaching New Competitors certification along with the US Kids Certified Coach program, both of these have provided me with extremely valuable information which I put into our programs.Golf Instruction, Coaching and Club Fitting: Taking a holistic approach ensuring that my clients have functioning golf swings based on sound fundamentals working from the ground up while ensuring that the equipment they use is suited for them. Using technology such as V1, BodiTrak, and Flightscope, I am able to provide a high quality learning environment. From the minute a shipment arrives in the door it is my responsibility to ensure its entered into our Point of Sale system and is tagged and set out on the floor. Constantly shuffling to make sure our space looks fresh and current. Spot inventory checks are done weekly to ensure everything is in order. I monitor inventory levels to ensure our end of year inventory level is at a good level
