I joined TrustToken as our 4th employee a few days before we launched our initial product. During my first few months, I worked on everything from fundraising to customer support to recruiting.

BlueRun Ventures is an early stage venture capital firm headquartered in Menlo Park, CA. BlueRun focuses on seed and series A investments in key markets with a specialized focus on mobile, fintech and real time data systems

- Authored an in-depth research report for a Silicon Valley "Unicorn Company" senior leadership team, focused on, “Video and The Future of Content: A Study on Changing Trends in Content and Advertising Best Practices”- Consulted a $1.5B AUM hedge fund on its cryptocurrency investing strategy. Deliverables included macroeconomic and geopolitical analysis, overall cryptocurrency market analysis, fund allocation recommendations, among others- Advised Series A Saas technology company on pricing strategy, competitive positioning, customer identification, and market modeling.

Greenlight Insights is a market intelligence firm focusing on augmented and virtual reality. I supported the research team with a focus on VR/AR funding. Other duties included: market analysis pieces for the company blog, supporting the head of research with bottoms up forecasting of VR/AR industries, and pretty much any other ad hoc projects that came up.

TPI (NASDAQ: TPIC) is the largest U.S.-based independent manufacturer of composite wind bladesIn this role, I supported the wind and automotive business development teams in a strategic finance capacity. My responsibilities included researching global market expansion opportunities, competitor financial analysis, and bottoms-up forecasting. One of my largest projects involved implementing business intelligence tooling throughout the company senior management team to assist in driving a data-backed business strategy.

DCI Group is an American public relation, lobbying, and business consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. I interned with DCI during the summer of 2015 and then had my employment extended into October of 2015, working remotely from Arizona. In my time with DCI, I supported clients in a range of industries on both state and national campaigns. I also had the opportunity to act as a DCI representative at numerous events on Capitol Hill and throughout Washington, D.C. My largest project focused on creating an excel model for a large pharmaceutical client that weighed multiple factors (both qualitative and quantitative) to measure how proactive each U.S. state is towards preventing opioid abuse. This work was eventually shared directly with the client.

While at Dinan Capital I supported the sell-side M&A team working on pitch books and CIMs for companies in the tobacco, aerospace and defense, and marketing and media industries. I also supported the research team in publishing Dinan's quarterly industry reports for the healthcare, software, and energy industries. Through my time at Dinan, I gained experience in detailed excel modeling and acquired a firm understanding of financial valuation techniques along with a familiarity with market intelligence tools such as Capital IQ, Morningstar, and IBISWorld.

Through a unique program offered by my high school, I spent every Wednesday of my senior year as an intern with 201 Marketing & Media. I was able to work directly beneath the CEO and founder who still serves as a close mentor. Through the experience, I gained insight into the dealmaking process, client negotiations, and was able to view the behind-the-scenes workings of the media industry.
