After three years, many satisfied clients, and a diversified portfolio, it was time for R2 Design to go off in its own direction.2007 - 2009, R2 Design was able to complete a wide array of projects including but not limited to book cover design, signage programs, as well as a complete marketing/branding strategy for a new product line. Starting in 2010, R2 Design expanded into web design, promotional print marketing as well as UX design. In 2012, we expanded to include UI design.

During the off season, we are an office of 2 or 3, but by summer we hire 65+ staff, and 30+ volunteers to oversee the 300+ campers we average per day.Besides hiring the staff, I am responsible for enrolling all campers, and speaking with parents on a daily basis. At times I am selling the program compared to other programs, but often presenting our philosophy to parents who will then decide what is the right choice for them based on many factors including cost, location, before & after care, transportation and site. Philosophy of program is responsible for our extremely high return rate every year.
