During his time at Texas Tech, Ryan was heavily involved within student organizations across campus such as the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity where he obtained leadership skill through his time as the Vice President of Recruitment. In addition to this, he was part of multiple organizations within the Business School including the Society of Advanced Management and the Multicultural Student Business Association where he developed the skill set of helping to bridge common goals between individuals from diverse backgrounds.
