As the Sr. Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, for CNBC and reporting directly to the Chairman of CNBC and NBCU News Group SVP Diversity, Equity and Inclusion I develop initiatives, content strategies, and execute programming aligned with our goals to recruit, retain and develop diverse employees. I help drive systemic and sustainable change across the business and promote a culture of inclusion and diversity as a top priority for CNBC.I am the Chair of the CNBC Diversity Task Force and partner with , The Chairman, and CNBC HR to continue to develop a comprehensive strategy for the organization, focused on data analytics to meet our workforce goals, employee engagement and retention and content strategy. I am a member of the NBCU News Group DEI team and collaborate across the organization along with the Corporate Diversity and Inclusion organization for best practice sharing.I Chair the Englewood Cliffs Employee Resource Group leadership council. I provide advice and counsel to our ERG’s and their Executive Sponsors.I partner with CNBC’s Chairman, SVP Global HR, and News Group SVP Diversity to develop key metrics and report out on a monthly basis.Provide advice to executive leadership team to enhance programs and initiatives and accelerate the evolution of CNBC.

-Responsible for daily news gathering activities on global level, helping with story selection, story development, monitoring and executing breaking news coverage using various news gathering resources. -Coordinate with field crews and live truck operators for breaking news and long term assignments. -Help CNBC dominate our breaking news coverage across CNBC.com, social media and television for our global media company. -Collaborate closely with CNBC Europe, CNBC Asia, NBC News, MSNBC, The Weather Channel and the many CNBC and NBC affiliates around the world on daily news gathering.-Serve as weekend manager on call to help plan and execute our global news strategy for Monday morning.-Work closely with other all other CNBC departments to ensure the CNBC newsroom operates smoothly and supported through IT, technical operations, digital, human resources and facilities. -Key architect CNBC’s social media strategy on Facebook and Twitter. -Contributing award nominated writer for CNBC.com-Book competitive interviews to air on CNBC-Ambassador for CNBC on the NBC News Group transformation team that will help us collaborate our stories across all brands. -Help provide direction and leadership to new members of the CNBC assignment desk team. -Tasked with creating and launching 8 Employee Resource Group chapters in Englewood Cliffs, while in coordination with human resources and senior management for over 1500 employees. -Strategize with all ERG leaders to develop business innovations that connect CNBC to diverse audiences and increases market penetration in all aspects. -Develop and execute campaigns for ERG brand awareness on all major platforms in conjunction with CNBC Leadership -Coordinate with all of our ERG's to make sure that we collaborating and using all of our resources efficiently-Member of the CNBC Diversity Council

Chair eight Englewood Cliffs NBCUniversal Employee Resource Group. The eight ERGs provide a supportive environment for employees who identify with the following diverse communities or seek to be active allies: Asian Pacific Americans; African Americans; people with disabilities; lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer employees; Hispanic/Latino employees; veterans; women; and young professionals. This includes managing a strict budget, actively recruiting new members and campus wide all ERG events.

-Partner with NBCUniversal and Campus2Career to lead recruitment efforts for over 100 paid internships a year-Help manage campus recruitment events: planned and executed visits with university partners, visits to CNBC, identified and engaged high-potential students and made sure they filtered in throughout the CNBC business portfolio-Plan professional development lunch and learns, networking events, mentorship opportunities and created a CNBC orientation and guide for all new interns. -Partner with talent, human resources, recruiters and the office of Diversity & Inclusion to develop and execute short and long-term strategies to grow and develop entry level talent.-Developed new CNBC post graduate fellowship program. -Recipient of internship program of the year from Seton Hall University.-Created new CNBCCareers.com and CNBCInternships.com websites to help attract top talent to CNBC
