I lead a team of 10 engineers working on various projects on both the frontend and the backend. I work closely with product managers and other engineering managers to transform business objectives into actual deliverables and timelines.My main accomplishments are:- Expanding our payment infrastructure to support different subscription tiers and levels.- Revamping our B2B platform for Artists and Creators, creating new revenue opportunities and improving core engagement KPIs.- Building and maintaining various features of our core product, with a focus on growth, engagement, and revenue.

My team and I worked closely with Product, Business Development and Marketing teams to increase the conversion rate of users to our Premium subscription.My main accomplishments were:- Growing our telco integrations to cover all 32 telecom operators across MENA- Integrating with new payment methods and integrations, including Credit Card, Apple Pay, and other local payment gateways.- Driving improvements in the subscription's lifecycle, resulting in increased customer retention rates.Standardized the integrations with the Google Play Store and the Apple AppStore to ensure reliable cycle processing, and implement the latest subscription features.
