Resident Relations Manager
Current- Assist with revenue collection, debt recovery, occupancy checks, and abandonment notices. - Manage inventory through effective communication with relevant departments. - Monitor market trends and demographics, sharing insights with management. - Enhance customer experience through home cataloging, move-in inspections, orientations, and follow-ups. - Conduct move-out inspections, create punch lists, and ensure homes are ready for new tenants. - Perform pre-move-in inspections, address minor service needs, and ensure quality control. - Conduct weekly property inspections to maintain cleanliness, marketability, and accessibility of vacant homes. - Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while achieving operational objectives. - Verify completion of all move-in requirements for a seamless tenant experience.
