•Responsible for maintaining the supply and demand balance for all four POF product lines.•Coordinate daily operations for all supply activities, including warehousing, tolling, and S&OP planning. •Schedule, prepare and lead regional Sales & Operations. Responsible for facilitating the forecast process to develop demand and supply plans for all imported products, warehouse stocking levels, and for creating tolling plans.•Monitoring and review of import and export shipments to make sure orders are on track to meet customer demands, and intervention to correct performance issues and drive high service levels.•Inventory management and control including obsolete and damaged stock, and annual physical inventories for all 3rd party warehouses, consignments, and tolling locations in compliance with all required Internal Control procedures.•NAFTA coordination for all of POF products•Maintenance of master SAP Data related to Materials and Plants.•Work with Business Director to review monthly logistics performance and work on logistics related projects.•Work on forecast with sales team and generate monthly forecast accuracy reports.•Drive continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes. Constantly work to identify and implement improvements, making each cycle of the process work better than the previous.•Responsible maintaining quality data and certificate of analysis generation•Coordinate Responsible Care activities, particular those involving customer interface

•Utilize knowledge and expertise in international supply chain management to optimize inbound containers to reduce transfer costs and balance inventory needs. Coordinate with Operations Managers to ensure space and labor constraints are addressed.•Execute daily activities to support procurement processes. Contact suppliers to obtain product information, validate pricing and ship dates. Maintain up-to-date delivery dates in systems visible to Customer Service and Sales team. Follow-up on late deliveries and back-ordered items.•Manage vendor compliance to performance metrics and pursue all avenues to acquire products at lowest possible cost, including best terms, conditions, and rebate potential.•Strive to exceed specific performance metrics including fill rate, inventory turns, and back-order management.•Provide ongoing review of parameter management to include lead times, order policy, stocking locations, safety stock and item classifications to meet or exceed service level objectives.•Tracks and determines root causes of back-orders and works to continuously reduce them.•Assists in utilizing, enhancing and maintaining the demand planning, forecasting and procurement system. Ensures that Sarnova achieves a high fill rate on customer orders while achieving high inventory turns.•Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Sourcing and Manufacturer partners to develop forecasts, initial stocking orders and conversion plan to ensure successful new product launches for Curaplex.•Facilitate monthly Curaplex/Purchasing meeting to review current inventory position, marketing trends and focus, and supply chain issues to ensure transparency and collaboration across departments.

• Coordinating and execute procurement activities while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.• Manage purchasing functions from an assigned group of suppliers which include reviewing forecasts, demand management, submit daily purchase orders, and strategic vendor management.• Optimize procurement system by analyzing trends and proactively managing customer demand.• Provide ongoing review of parameter management to include lead times, order policy, stocking locations, safety stock and item classifications to meet or exceed objectives for purchased items and services with regard to quality, on-time delivery, and service levels.• Manage relationships with warehouse partners across several distribution centers to resolve shipment discrepancies and inventory related issues.• Identify, Analyze and Implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.• Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to meet production schedule.• Track material shortages and provide immediate resolution so the end customer isn't negatively effected.• Identify delivery exception and provide alternative solutions. Address customer questions and concerns in a timely fashion. • Review upcoming orders, order entry, and forward look analysis.• Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems.• Plan production control activities to improve all aspects while maintaining high quality, timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.• Evaluate production control activities to ensure that final product meets customer specifications.

• Create and implement material cost reduction opportunities throughout the Supply Chain.• Vendor Analysis through capacity planning and quality certifications (ISO Certifications).• Assist in daily operation requirements.

• Evaluate customers current specifications and create a plan moving forward with all their requirements. Followed up with customers in a timely manner on any questions/concerns they may have. Meet with customers weekly and followed up on progress towards their goals.• Instructed Cycling, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Boot Camp, and TRX group fitness classes.
