I am a professional with 12 years of experience in the semiconductor field, specializing in technical field development and team management. I started my career as a semiconductor R&D Assistant at Infineon, where I gained valuable experience during my internships, laying the foundation of semiconductor processes.I then joined Micron as a semiconductor engineer, where I was involved in several projects that enriched my technical and teamwork experience. During this phase, I gained a deep understanding of all aspects of semiconductor processes, from design to production.The next stage of my career was at BOE, where I started as a Senior Semiconductor Engineer. Here, I successfully drove multiple projects to improve the efficiency and excellence of the team.Currently, I have the honor of serving as the Deputy Director of Semiconductor Engineering at BOE. In this leadership role, I lead a team of professionals to drive technology innovation and ensure successful project execution. I emphasize teamwork and continuous learning in an effort to ensure the company's leadership in the semiconductor space.Through my work experience, I have built an extensive professional network and established great relationships with peers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
