As a joint owner of 4Facilities Ltd, my primary responsibilities are driving new business, looking after key accounts, and creating a vision for the business. I'm a specialist in commercial and domestic business development solutions with a keen eye for detail. I've been involved in the supply and installation of high-end residential and commercial projects, working on all aspects of both new builds and refurbishments. Providing aftercare packages bespoke to clients' needs, my ability to work with clients from start to finish has led to several repeat business. I enjoy training teams, creating great work environments, and providing exceptional standards of service delivery right through the team.My aspirations are to expand our existing client portfolio, helping other businesses concentrate on their work whilst we look after their core building services systems for them. We provide an honest, good valued high-end level of service that clients recommend to other businesses in their network. We go the extra mile and don't treat clients as a task or job. Instead, we invest in their vision, listen to their goals, and provide bespoke solutions for their needs.Outside of work, I'm a dedicated father of two, which I manage on my own as I have been widowed for four years. I love exercise and also coach a U10's local football team, which I find extremely rewarding. Given the obstacles life has thrown at me, I feel like I can face any challenge that's thrown at me.
