As the Account Manager, I was directly responsible for the day to day management of client communications, and implementation of tactics and initiatives, both internally and externally. I provided oversight of the field operations team and warehouse work to get events delivered on time and on budget.

When a unique opportunity presented itself while I was between careers, I quickly decided to "do something different" for a short while. Construction is and always has been a passion of mine, so an opportunity to earn a living working with my hands was welcomed. Specific projects included residing an apartment rental complex, some light excavation and woodworking projects.

The used car manager role was an exciting opportunity for a car enthusiast. The role primarily entailed purchasing of cars, whether it be from customer trades or at auction and refreshing them to a salable condition, all while managing the marketing, sales and P&L. Daily responsibilities also included oversight of the sales representatives, hosting daily training sessions and facilitating financial discussions between customers and staff.

The Sr. Account Executive role at Concept 360 was an opportunity to broaden my experiences with exhibits and events, and experience a new management team and several new industries. While my previous experience was largely healthcare-based, here I learned the apparel, footwear and sporting goods industries.

At Poretta & Orr, I began my career shortly after graduating from college. Hired as a Coordinator, I was responsible for logistics and labor services for an expanding client base. Through my seven years at the company, I held various positions of increasing responsibility, culminating as a Senior Account Manager. In this position, I was responsible for both daily client activities as well as long-term planning and account growth.
