Retained by The De Marco-McCarthy-Florio Group as the Team’s Business Manager. Plays as akey contributor in creating strategy and ensuring execution related to multiple metrics andpriorities across the team’s business plan and goal deliverables. Responsible for managing theteam’s business plan, practice financials, overseeing new hire onboarding, team and partnermeetings, and, for fostering a culture of trust, teamwork and accountability. Tracks progress withquantifiable business and activity goals to ensure the team’s daily activities align with practicemetrics, goals and objectives.

Independent contractor working with high net-worth individuals, venture capital firms, startupcompanies and the like. Creating personal, professional and business strategies for growththrough identifying goals, creating actionable strategies and executing until favorable results areachieved.

Responsible for all aspects of the business including but not limited to: Hiring, training andmanaging a staff of 16 +/- full-time, seasonal employees. Oversight of daily operations, logistics,scheduling: sales calls, office staff, installation crews and material production while also beingaccountable for receivables, payables, payroll - including month-end closing activities.Responsible for equipment management, as well as sourcing both equipment purchases and leaseagreements. Most notable achievement was growing both gross and net revenue dramaticallythrough a performance based bonus program introduced in 2016.
