Project Manager - Real Estate Development Division. The Real Estate Development Division’s (REDD) primary function is to complete the acquisition, finance, and pre-construction stages of affordable housing development. After REDD assesses the viability of acquiring land, the department begins a multi-faceted due-diligence process. If a prospective development is deemed feasible and aligned with Cabrillo’s core goals, REDD works to secure funding through a variety of public and private sources. Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation develops and manages service-enriched, inclusive residential communities, ensuring access to affordable, secure, quality housing that creates the foundation for our residents to grow and thrive.

The Executive Director is directly responsible for all areas of operation and development for the Santa Barbara Student Housing Co-op. The ED implements the co-op’s bylaws, policies, and decisions of the BoD, while advising the BoD and organizing the membership in the effective operation of the organization. The ED pursues operational and governance improvements, manage financial operations, develop effective training programs, ensure timely and quality maintenance and capital improvements, and represent the vision of the co-op to members and the community.
