MEC is built on 30 years of quality kitchen remodeling service and it is my duty to build on this reputation to become San Diego's premier kitchen remodeler.
Business Consultant
As consultant for MEC (formerly Michael Early Construction), my primary goal was to modernize the family-run business. I primarily focused on rebranding, creating a new website, managing the company's social media and social proof presence (Google, Yelp, etc.), and establishing digital-first processes for internal operations. Additionally, I led the incorporation of a new entity and the transition from a sole proprietorship to a corporation. In April, I was responsible for securing the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan within the first 12 hours of eligibility. MEC was one of the first businesses from Union Bank in San Diego to receive the PPP loan before the bank reached its capacity during the first round.

The project culminated in a final pitch that I presented to a panel of C-level executives from IBM and Santander.
European Regional Director
Based out of Paris for 2+ years, I was responsible for leading strategy, operations, product/program innovation, partnerships, and staff across Eastern & Western Europe. I had the privilege of leading a diverse and distributed team of 8 people. Together, we collaborated with our HQ teams to design and develop products and programs for over 1.2 million children/youth across Europe annually. As the Regional Director, I helped identify strategic partners and establish new initiatives. I collaborated with new partners and designed win-win partnerships by launching new products, entering new markets, and seizing new opportunities. I worked with other regions and functional teams to pioneer new digital program models to expand the mission and vision of OneHope across Europe. Our physical programs were implemented in more than a dozen countries and our digital products were used in nearly every European country.
Global Product Manager - Bible App For Kids
I led an organizational joint task force to maximize opportunities with OneHope’s most successful and rapidly emerging brands (the Bible App for Kids). I served as the product owner and key point of contact between OneHope and YouVersion related to new opportunities and product growth. I developed marketing strategies for each new language release in the app, which took place every 4 - 6 weeks. This was accomplished by coordinating grassroots promotional strategies with international staff and organizational partners and by launching digital marketing campaigns in 20+ markets. Internally, I helped increase institutional knowledge of the app and its impact through introducing organization-wide communication and data sharing, breaking down silos and ensuring standardized knowledge access. I was able to synthesize the total organizational spending by personally collaborating with 7 functional departments and every major geographic area and present recommendations to the Executive Team and VP cabinet.I also executed commercial publishing contracts with international publishers to publish and distribute the children's book, our only commercial product at the time.
Regional Consultant - Mena
For 3 years, I supported our MENA team by spearheading research, product/program design, innovation, donor development and fundraising. The pinnacle of my role in MENA was leading an 18-month project to develop a multimedia program for Syrian refugee children and youth. I conducted market research (“Children in Crisis” study) and collaborated with a cross-function group of relief workers, pastors, volunteers, child psychologists, and other practitioners to design a program that would effectively address the psycho-social needs of refugee children. Then I served as the Executive Producer of a narrative short film ("Zaatari"), working with an LA-based film crew and filming on-site in Jordan for 2 weeks. The film was then integrated into the program we designed, piloted, and scaled. It has since been used among over 100,000 Syrian youth across Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, and parts of Europe.
Program Director - Cultivate
In my first role, I applied the organization’s design thinking philosophy to church-based community outreach programs and personal development of next generation leaders. I consulted with American, European, Latin American, Asian, and Arab churches by conducting community research and analysis to establish and implement relevant initiatives. Simultaneously, I leading design thinking workshops for internal and external stakeholders. I led workshops for over 1,000 participants across the US, Middle East, Russia, and Latin America. Through this experience I learned a lot about facilitation, group dynamics, and how to optimize innovative processes for real-world application. To accompany this, I also developed the first edition of a workbook/manual outlining OneHope’s Ministry Design philosophy, which was used for 4 consecutive years to teach 200+ university internsFinally, I led a research team and community research initiative to conduct a 2-year study in Broward County (“Discover Broward”). This study was a joint-initiative between the National Christian Foundation and OneHope, and was responsible for convening hundreds of community leaders together over to build coalitions and community-based initiatives.
