Publications Supervisor
Current• Hire, train, and manage a technical writing team serving six divisions and their brands in multiple locations nationwide.• Coordinate and interface with Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Technical Service, IT, and Manufacturing to produce and maintain owner's manuals; installation instructions; parts lists; and safety, identity, and operation labels.• Enforce proper usage of trademarks, trade names, and patents at all times, protecting over $100M in company assets.• Review course materials for a wide range of internal and external training initiatives.• Provide robust editing, proofreading, and intellectual property review of all print and digital media.• Provide graphic design and illustration services for all document and merchandise applications.• Established standard translation services and CE/UKCA marking to serve European distribution channels.• Led a multi-disciplinary team to implement cloud-based PIM and DAM solutions.• Consulting on a project to overhaul our online literature delivery system.
