• Manages Engineering design and development for Newbuild and Fleet Modernization projects• Conducts Feasibility studies to support corporate decision-making with respect to lifecycle stability, arrangements, cost, and statutory regulations • Liaison between contractors, shipyards, architects, and RCG throughout the project duration • On-Site project management during drydock windows (~ 225 Million USD in projects managed) • Reviews and develops schedules of work for projects • Reviews and validates contractor pricing

- Supports Royal Caribbean's Newbuilding and Fleet Modernization department- Manages Engineering Development of ship renovation projects- Conducts feasibility studies to support Company decision making in regards to life cycle stability, arrangement alternatives, cost studies, and statutory interpretations.- Coordinates efforts between the design team and contractors to generate a well defined scope- Liaison between contractors, shipyards, and RCCL during the design process- Reviews and validates pricing from contractors- Reviews and develops schedules for work for assigned spaces- Provides logistical support prior to Dry Dock to ensure a successful revitalization- Manages work on board the vessel during Dry Docks periods for assigned spaces

-Generates cohesive and functional General Arrangements per customer's and ship's requirements.-Provides Engineering support for the change process of existing ship designs.-Conducts Intact and Damage Stability analysis for ship designs.-Conducts HM&E shock inspections.-Conducts weight estimates for ship systems.-Generates and reviews technical reports for ship design analysis.-Uses AutoCAD, Rhino3D, Orca3D, GHS, SHCP, and other programs to solve Engineering problems.

-Conducted Model scale testing for a variety of hull forms.-Completed Resistance and Vessel Motion analysis.

-Developed Maintenance Reports for Nuclear Submarines-Completed Sub-Safe training-Completed on Board system training and certifications
