My work focuses on helping social justice leaders bring their visions to life. I work collaboratively and creatively with senior leaders, their teams and staff—helping develop strategies that inform both what organizations do and what organizations say. On the management consultant side, I help lead strategic visioning and planning, innovation, program design, futures/trends analysis and organizational change initiatives. On the narrative side, I help develop deep narrative strategy, brand architecture, storytelling and creative content and engagement strategy, and I also lead or support motivational research (and many other forms of research) to develop actionable insights.I love learning from the wide range of leaders with whom I get to work, while getting to work across a wide range of issues.
